Our curriculum is grounded in evidence-based methodologies, ensuring a balance between skill development and physical conditioning. Athletes receive 4-hours of weekly small-group training.
The program is separated into two semesters which are 9-weeks each. Athletes have the option of participating in one or both semesters of the program, although the majority of athletes participate throughout the full offseason.

Spring Semester: January - April
Ages: 10u - 14u
Session Length: 2-hours (1-hour of skill work + 1-hour strength & conditioning)

Key Learning Objectives:
Skill Development: Emphasis on pitching & hitting mechanics. We integrate advanced techniques to enhance velocity, accuracy, bat-to-ball skills and rotational power.
Strength Training: Customized workouts targeting core, leg, and arm strength vital for baseball players. Our approach combines traditional strength training with baseball-specific exercises and is tailored to each athlete’s current physical development and ability.
Physical Conditioning: Endurance and agility drills to boost overall athleticism are critical for maintaining energy and effectiveness throughout games.
Mental Conditioning: Fostering mental toughness and strategic thinking, essential for on-field success. Athletes will learn the merits of hard work and dedication as well as how to thrive in the face of adversity.
Performance Analysis: We utilize cutting-edge technology for analysis and feedback, enabling precise adjustments and improvements. All athletes receive a personal training profile where they can log in and access graphs and charts displaying their progress throughout the program.
Injury Prevention: Focused exercises and protocols to minimize the risk of common pitching injuries.
