Here are some of the most common components included in our team training plans:

Baseline, midterm and exit assessments
Establish a starting point for each athlete, re-evaluate to check progress, and provide feedback for continued development in-season.

Arm health and readiness monitoring
We collect and record shoulder strength readings on a frequent schedule to monitor the health and readiness of your arm as we progress through your throwing program. These insights allow us to feel confident your arms are ready to accept high intensity throwing and ensure they are ready to peak in-season.

Structured warmup and activation protocols
We design a warmup and activation protocol to ensure your athletes are primed for performance each time they step on to the field.

Drill progressions for hitters and pitchers
We provide custom drills for athletes based on their assessment data. These drills are designed to improve the specific swing/delivery faults observed during the assessment(s).
