At Velo Baseball, success isn’t given—it’s earned. Our philosophy, "Built, Not Born," reflects our commitment to developing athletes through the principles of consistent hard work, discipline, and analysis. Talent alone isn’t enough; true performance comes from relentless self-improvement in in all areas of life.
We prioritize long-term growth over quick fixes, ensuring every athlete moves better, produces more power, and stays healthy. Our training balances skill development with physical preparation, building resilient, high-performance competitors.

where we come from
Velo Baseball was founded on the belief that athletes are Built, Not Born, and that reaching the next level requires more than just talent—it demands deliberate, structured, and high-performance training.
Founded in 2018 as Velo Pitching, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional baseball training and the level of preparation required not just to make it to the next level, but to compete and excel there. We saw a need for a data-driven, strength-integrated approach to pitching development—one that prioritized velocity, durability, and performance.
As our athletes progressed, it became clear that the same methodologies we applied to pitchers could elevate the performance of positional players as well. In 2021, we rebranded as Velo Baseball, expanding our training systems to develop complete athletes across all positions.
From day one, Velo Baseball has been built from the ground up by founding members Tyler Soucie and Graham Tebbit. What started as a specialized training system has grown into a comprehensive development facility that helps athletes build the strength, resilience, and power needed to succeed at higher levels of competition.
Over the years, we’ve had countless success stories, with athletes reaching new milestones, breaking personal bests, and earning opportunities at the collegiate and professional levels.

WHAT WE DO
We work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth players building a foundation to high school, collegiate, professional athletes, refining their game to excel at their level of competition. Our programs are structured to meet athletes where they’re at while pushing them to strive for more.
Our Process
Our training process is cyclical. This means we are constantly re-evaluating and making adjustments to athlete’s training plans based on their performance. Your plan grows as you do.
The Assessment – Every athlete starts with a detailed movement, strength, and skill evaluation.
The Report - We write a detailed report and send it to the athlete. We review this report in a follow-up session to educate the athlete on their areas of need and how we intend to address them.
The Training – We have a number of different training options based on your level of commitment, current skill and budget.
