Cancellation & No-Show Policy
This policy ensures a fair and efficient scheduling system for both our clients and trainers, allowing us to provide the highest quality service to our athletes. By clicking this box, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Cancellations: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice but more than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost. If the session was booked with prepaid credit or membership, the credit will be deducted from your account.
No-Shows: Failing to show up for a scheduled session without prior notification will result in a charge of the full session cost.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability, if the 24 hour notice is given. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of trainers and facilities.
Illness or Emergency: Exceptions to this policy may be made for sudden illness or emergencies at the discretion of Velo Baseball management. Please contact us by email if you have an emergency and cannot make your scheduled training session.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Automatic Credit Card Charge: I authorize Velo Baseball Ltd. to automatically charge the credit card on file for the session based on the criteria above, inclusive of applicable taxes.
Acknowledgment of Terms: I understand that this policy is a binding part of my agreement with Velo Baseball Ltd. for training services.
