Each plan is built based on your assessment data, ensuring that athletes train efficiently and make measurable progress. HOW IT WORKS: OUR PROCESS
1. the ASSESSMENT
Every training plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your mechanics, movement patterns, strength levels, and performance metrics.
✔ Biomechanics analysis of your throwing or hitting mechanics
✔ Strength, mobility, and power assessments
✔ Velocity, workload, and biomechanical tracking
✔ Follow-up & goal setting consultation with our coaching team
2. the PLAN
Access your daily training plan from your smartphone. Based on your assessment, we create an individualized development plan that integrates:
✔ Drill Progressions – Designed to refine mechanics and increase efficiency.
✔ Strength & Conditioning – Increase force production, speed, and power with a structured plan.
✔ Mobility & Recovery Protocols – Targeted mobility drills, tissue care, and recovery techniques to optimize efficiency, improve recovery and reduce injury risk.
✔ Arm Care & Durability Training – Throwing workload management, pre/post-throwing routines, and stability work to keep your arm healthy.
3. the training
Once your plan is in place, we provide ongoing support, coaching, and real-time adjustments to keep you progressing.
✔ Weekly progress tracking through velocity, strength, and movement assessments.
✔ Video feedback and technique refinements.
✔ Adjustments based on workload, fatigue levels, and performance benchmarks.
✔ Weekly 1-on-1’s with your trainer (in-person or virtual).
4. The ADJUSTMENTS
Development is a continuous process. We track progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust your plan as needed to ensure consistent improvement.
✔ Updated training cycles based on performance milestones and workload management.
✔ Video breakdowns to refine mechanics and movement efficiency.
✔ Frequent strength and power testing to monitor force production and explosiveness.
train remotely, in-person, or hybrid
Remote
Train from anywhere in the world. Access your daily training plan from your smartphone and connect with your trainer via text and video call.
✔ Weekly check-ins with your trainer.
✔ Monthly call to discuss progress and adjustments.
✔ Option to schedule visits to the facility.
In-Person
Train at our facility located in Kitchener, Ontario. Interact with your trainer daily and receive real-time feedback and adjustments.
✔ Weekly 1-on-1 sessions (1, 2, or unlimited).
✔ Full reassessment every 8-weeks.
✔ Access to all facilities and equipment.
HYBRID
Train remotely and in-person. This is a great option for athletes who live in Ontario but are not local to our facility.
✔ Option to book 1-on-1’s when it fits your schedule.
✔ Combines the flexibility of remote training with the benefits of in-person coaching.
