Parental Code of Coduct

Our Parental Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for parents and guardians to help create a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for all athletes, coaches, and families. As partners in your athlete’s development, we ask that you lead by example, encourage sportsmanship, and uphold the values of our program. By fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and open communication, we can ensure the best possible experience for every athlete in our training programs and teams.

  1. Parents are not permitted in any training areas unless invited by a trainer. This applies to the gym and all skill areas. Please allow our trainers the space they need to work with the athlete. You are welcome to drop the athlete off and pick them up after their session or spectate from one of the available seats.

  2. Please do not interject or add information to the trainer's messaging while they're working with athletes. You've entrusted us with the development of the athlete. Please allow us to convey the message as we see fit. Additional clarity may be added during the parental debrief after the session.

  3. Ask questions after the session. Your trainer will brief you on the topics discussed during the training session once they are finished. Please save any questions for that time.

  4. Allow the athlete to speak first. Trainers want input from the athletes. They will direct questions and information to the athlete before addressing parents and/or guardians.

Failure to abide by this code of conduct may result in the termination of the training session and cessation of any further training.
