Job Description:
Your primary responsibility will be working with athletes on improving the biomechanics behind their swing. You will leverage the available data from technologies such as Blast Motion and Rapsodo (among others) as well as the data collected during our assessment process to provide quantifiable feedback during the training process. In addition to working with athletes in the cages, you may be required to work with athletes in the gym and assist program directors with additional baseball training activities. A fundamental knowledge of strength and conditioning and its role in the development process is highly regarded.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
Collegiate and/or pro playing experience
Proficient with the suite of Google products (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Experience with Blast Motion as an athlete or trainer
Experience writing training programs for hitters
Knowledge of general anatomy and basic strength & conditioning terminology
Compensation:
$20-25/hr base pay + performance incentives
