Youth athletes are provided with an in-depth assessment prior to commencing any training with us (schedule your assessment here). After your assessment, we’ll send you a full report of our findings and schedule a meeting to discuss the results. Once your assessment is complete you’re all clear to begin training with us with one of the following options.

  • Small Group Sessions: Our most popular and cost effective training option. Armed with your assessment results, our trainers will work with you as an individual alongside another athlete. We maintain a ratio of 1 coach to 2 athletes per session.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: We typically only recommend this option if athletes require very close attention from a trainer or have any health concerns that arise from the assessment.
