YOUNG GUNS
HIGH PERFORMANCE HITTING & PITCHING PROGRAM
Young Guns athletes are exposed to a variety of training modalities both in the gym and in their skill-specific throwing and hitting work. With a phase-based approach, our goal is to inform young athletes on the commitments required to play baseball at the highest levels. Athletes will learn the importance of daily routines as the basis for performing at peak levels throughout the year as well as recovering after a performance.
