HIGH PERFORMANCE PITCHING & TRAINING PROGRAM
Top Guns athletes are exposed to a college/professional training schedule and wide variety of training modalities. With a phase-based approach, our goal is to inform athletes on the time commitments required to play this game at the highest levels. Athletes that are accepted into the program will learn the importance daily routines as the basis for performing at peak levels throughout the year as well as recovering after a performance.
Required Time Commitment:
Throwing: 4-6 days per week
Strength & Conditioning: 2-4 days per week
Overall: 4-6 days per week, 1-3 hours per day
Is this program the right fit for you?
If you are looking for a shortcut to gaining velocity this is not where you will find it. Athletes should only apply if they possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to be self-directed learners. We only accept athletes that are growth minded and willing to break away from their regular team training. Athletes are required to inform their coaches that they are participating in this program and that it will be their top priority throughout the offseason.
